for New Share Issue by Debt-into-Equity Conversion

• 1. Subject : The creditors who has not received shares by debt-into-equity conversion from the fixed amount of claims against the Company

  Foreigner, Foreign Company		1 Copy of Certificate of Investor Registration issued by Governor of Financial Supervisory Service of Korea, 1 Copy of Securities Account Confirmation Document 1 Copy of Proxy Agreement

• • In the case of individual business which has 2 CEOs, appoint 1 CEO to receive the shares, and the agreement with legal seal and the authentication certificate of the other CEO shall be submitted also.
  • All the information on the document shall be visible.
  • The confirmation document of securities account means the evidentiary document issued by the securities company and the account shall be owned by the exact creditor and available for share inserting.
  • Foreigners and Foreign Companies should appoint a Korean securities company as a proxy for issuing of the Certificate of Investor Registration.

  • Please add the contact details and customer code(6 digit) and claim number(registration & list) which was sent from Pan Ocean at the beginning of rehabilitation procedure when submit.

  • Without identification document or Certificate of Investor Registration issued by Governor of Financial Supervisory Service of Korea, the shares cannot be issued.
  • The documents can be submitted after the deadline, however, the issue and allotment of the shares will be delayed to next occasion.
  • The schedule and details of the debt-to-equity conversion are under discussion with Governor of Financial Supervisory Service and the Korea Exchange and hence are changeable, and it will be announced in public and on our website when a change occurs.
  • After this Debt-into-Equity Conversion, there will not be any additional instructions for submission of the documents, however, the submission is acceptable at any time, and additional Debt-into-Equity Conversions will be occurred according to the schedule of the Company based on the documents submitted at the time of the conversion.
